Terms & Policies — Rehab Blueprint

Rehab Blueprint ("we," "our," or "us") is a division of Tracy Pinkhammer, LLC. These Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct apply to all digital products, templates, and workshops purchased through our store or website.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Use of the Site

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any Rehab Blueprint product or workshop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

Digital Products & Templates

Our products (including Google Sheets and Google Docs templates, checklists, trackers, workbooks, and PDFs) are delivered instantly after purchase through a "Make a Copy" link. You receive a copy in your own Google account to use and edit.

Personal-Use License

Each purchase grants one (1) personal, non-transferable license. You may use the template for your own projects and your own business. You may NOT:

- Resell, share, give away, or redistribute the template or its links

- Upload it to any marketplace, website, or shared drive for others to use

- Copy, recreate, or use it (including with AI tools) to make a competing product

For team or company-wide use, contact us for a business license.

Intellectual Property

All content — including templates, sheets, workbooks, videos, PDFs, worksheets, lesson slides, brand assets, and logos — belongs to Tracy Pinkhammer, LLC. Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the design or content.

Workshop Enrollment

Access to live or recorded workshop sessions is provided after full payment. Participants are responsible for attending on time and following workshop instructions. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

REFUND POLICY

Digital Products: Because templates are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final once the copy link has been accessed. If your link doesn't work, you were charged twice, or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Workshops: We offer a 100% refund if requested in writing within 48 hours of purchase, as long as you have not accessed or attended any live or recorded session. Once a session has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

DISCLAIMER

Rehab Blueprint products and workshops are educational and organizational tools based on personal experience in residential renovation. We do not guarantee any specific results, profits, budgets, timelines, or property outcomes. Your results depend on your own decisions, efforts, finances, contractors, and market conditions. Nothing provided is legal, financial, tax, or construction advice. Always confirm code, permit, and licensing requirements in your area. We are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on our products or workshops.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through purchases, downloads, or email sign-ups is used only to:

- Deliver your products, workshop access, and updates

- Send receipts and materials

- Let you know about related products or events

Your information is never sold. It is shared only with the platforms needed to run the business (for example, payment processors, Payhip, and email marketing tools). You may unsubscribe at any time or request deletion of your information by emailing contact@tracypinkhammer.com.

CODE OF CONDUCT (Workshops & Community)

All participants agree to:

- Treat instructors, team members, and other participants with professionalism and courtesy

- Use respectful language — no hate speech, harassment, or bullying

- Keep private group content and recordings within the workshop

- Respect the boundaries of coaching sessions and group interactions

Anyone who violates this code may be removed without refund.
