I built the Rehab Blueprint Workshop because I’ve seen too many people lose money after they’ve already found the deal.

They couldn’t manage the jobsite. They trusted the wrong contractor. They depended on YouTube, “common sense,” or good intentions — and it cost them.

But it doesn’t have to.

From Crawlspaces to Closings — I’ve Been There

For the last 15 years, I’ve been on the ground, doing the work myself:
Laying floors, hanging drywall, installing light fixtures — and learning lessons the hard way in every kind of weather and every kind of jobsite.

I’ve worked late nights, taken hits, kissed a lot of frogs, and made the mistakes you’re about to face — so you don’t have to.

This workshop is everything I wish someone gave me when I started flipping.
